CARAMEL PUDDIN

Caramel Puddin is also known as creme caramel or flan, is a smooth and creamy dessert with a layer of soft caramel sauce on top. Caramel pudding made with milk, sugar, and egg. It features a smooth, creamy custard topped with a rich caramel sauce. This classic treat is especially popular in France, Spain, and other European countries.

3 INGREDIENTS

Sugar 3 tbsp (42 gram), water 1.5 tbsp (22 ml). use medium flame, do not use low flame. if you use low flame crystal will form, if you use high flame, it will burn. At this stage remove the pan from burner. transfer it to a bowl immediately, spread it and let it cool completely. Milk 500 ml (2cup), Sugar 1/3 cup (70 gram), Boil it on medium flame, to make it more delicious & creamier, reduce milk by half, let it cool completely. Egg 2-piece (Room temperature) whisk, Add the milk, vanilla essence 1tsp, mix well strain it for smooth texture, cover the bowl, take a pan pour water and steam it for 30 minutes. Let it cool completely then keep it in fridge for 2 hours.

INSTRUCTIONS

Use a knife and run along the edges of the Mould, place over the top of the Mould, turn upside down the dish. Gently shake the dish. you can add cream at the top, add much flavor, add a little bit sugar, beat until soft peak, use two spoon to make a 'quenelle'. Then add it on the top.
Its ready to serve. Enjoyed it ....
