Mango lassi is a delicious and refreshing Indian yogurt-based drink made with ripe mangoes, yogurt, milk, sugar, and a hint of cardamom. It’s smooth, creamy, and perfect for hot days!
Mango Lassi Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup ripe mango (fresh or canned, chopped).
½ cup plain yogurt.
¼ cup milk (or water for a lighter version).
1-2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste).
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom (optional).
Ice cubes (optional).
Chopped pistachios or saffron strands for garnish (optional).
Instructions:
1. Blend mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom in a blender until smooth.
2. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
3. Pour into glasses and garnish with chopped pistachios or saffron.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
